Storm Line

Naturally processed Yirgacheffe, dried slowly on raised beds until the fruit sugars concentrate into something close to a berry cobbler. We roast this one light to keep the jammy fruit and floral aromatics front and center. Best brewed as a pour-over so nothing gets lost.
