Sons of Thunder Blend

This is the coffee we named the roastery after: a bold, low-acid blend of Brazilian and Sumatran beans roasted dark enough to bring out cocoa and toasted nut without tipping into ash. It's the one we keep in the hopper at home, and it holds up in drip, French press, or espresso.
